Chris is a seasoned Realtor since 1989. While the majority of her time has been focused on residential home sales, she does have additional experience with commercial sales and leasing.
She believes in being a lifetime agent and friend and understands to gain loyalty you have to earn it. She wants all her clients to know they can count on her from buying their starter home all the way through their stepping stones in life to finally reaching and finding their home to retire. It is a sincere delight for her to see the excitement when someone finds that one home that meets all their needs and dreams.
She is a lifelong resident of the Charleston area and currently living in Meggett with husband, Robby Garvin. She loves spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
