Originally from Naples, Florida, Megan moved to Charleston in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston, earning a Business Administration degree with a minor in Health. She made Charleston her home after meeting her husband, Kevin—a Charleston native with deep local roots. They married in 2002 and have two college-aged children.
Licensed since 2005, Megan has over 20 years of real estate experience, including property management, real estate law, closing coordinator, and sales. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the transaction process make her a reliable and knowledgeable Realtor serving the Charleston tri-county area.
Outside of work, Megan, a former athlete, enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, hosting gatherings, and traveling to visit her kids at the University of South Carolina and Georgia Southern. She’s also an avid animal enthusiast with two rescue pets—a cat named Zoey and a dog named Jessie. Megan loves college football, a good brunch, and exploring new experiences.
